Staff Social club and Staff UnionWe also support our staff through an active social club and staff union. We willingly support initiatives coming directly from the staff or their departments – bowling, fishing trips, football games etc. The staff decides!
The Staff Social club
The staff social club uses resources for summer parties, Christmas parties, Christmas presents, sport, visits to other companies, support for concerts etc., and the staff receives presents at 50 and 60 years birthdays, jubilees and weddings.
The Staff Union
The purpose of the staff union is to provide financial support to staff members who, because of accident, illness or other circumstances, have experienced financial problems. The support consists of an interest free loan. In addition, the purpose of the union is to offer the members the opportunity to rent ski cabins and summer houses. The union owns two summerhouses in Denmark and a holiday home in France. |
