A lorry controller manages the co-ordination of the company’s transport assignments in Denmark and south Sweden. At the same time, you also deal with logistics tasks directed towards the customer. The work takes place in close co-operation with the customers, the drivers and the terminal personnel.

As lorry controller you will, at times, have a very stressful time where you have to keep may balls in the air at the same time. It is important therefore that you can stay cool and maintain control in almost every imaginable situation.

Many lorry controllers have worked as drivers before, so your education is not that important, but it is important that you know something about lorries and about what is happening in the “field”.

The lorry control is open 24 hours a day. Booking and coordination takes place via computers and GPS.
