Frode Laursen acquires Elementtransporten A/S
With the acquisition of Elementtransporten A/S Frode Laursen A/S strengthens its activities within transportation and logistic solutions to the building sector.
Today Elementtransporten A/S is a significant part of the transportation of concrete panels in the Danish market. The company has at its disposal 180 special trailers, which are used to distribute concrete panels to building sites and builders’ merchants.
Included in the agreement are logistic and transportation solutions for significant suppliers of concrete panels.
Willingness and ability to acquire
The acquisition strengthens Frode Laursen’s activities within logistic and transportation solutions to the building sector, where one is already in a strong position in the Danish market.

Greater need for vehicles
Furthermore, Frode Laursen considers that the transport market has already increased its activity after a period of excess capacity. ‘There is need for more vehicles now,’ says Thorkil
