Organisation

At Frode Laursen we plan ahead. There is continuity in the management, in the staff and in the direction we go. We have a flat organization with a short and efficient decision making process.

We have an informal business culture with focus on the differences and development of the individual members of the staff. With diversity and co-operation as starting points, we are able to handle large-scale and untraditional solutions.

We believe that education of our staff and development of IT-technology are key factors to our success. We wish to develop ourselves in cooperation with our customers in order to ensure co-operation based on information, with confidence and transparency for all parties.
